Dr. Sergio Perandin, a veterinarian and beekeeper who collaborates on the Parsil project, was invited as a speaker at the Meliza 2026 Fair, which was held in Zamora, Spain, from February 20th to 22nd. He spoke about the application of the RNA interference technique against Varroa destructor, presenting the results achieved during the project. This international beekeeping fair is in its seventh year and in previous years has seen the participation of more than 100 exhibitors and 150 stands, in addition to training and outreach courses.
